Managing Knowledge Resources in Family Firms: Opportunity or Challenge?

The purpose of this study was to explore the specificities relationship between knowledge management (KM) processes and potential realized absorptive capacities in context a knowledge-based view. paper advances our understanding contributions small- medium-sized family firms.
